Newport Farmer's Market of Cocke County, TN

The Newport Farmer’s Market began it’s very first season in 2007 and has continued to grow each year including more growers and increasing the diversity of goods available at this small town market.  The market itself is a grassroots effort and is supported by the Community House Cooperative as well as the City of Newport, TN in both spirit and financially.  Organized & operated by a dedicated volunteer staff & steering committee the market is truly a beacon of progress towards improving the local diet and availability of nourishing & environmentally friendly foods.
